How protective are Casery cases?

Our clear cases are drop-tested from 4 feet at all angles using MIL-STD-810G military standards. Our silicone cases are not drop-tested.

What kind of finishing do you use?

Our signature matte finish adds an element of luxury while keeping your case scratch-free. The design stands out, and you don’t have to worry about smudges or fingerprints.

Are these slim or bulky?

We offer the thinnest profile possible while maintaining ultimate protection. Fits comfortably in your pocket or purse - no bulk, no nonsense.

How are your cases designed?

Our designs are hand picked by our team in Los Angeles, California.

Can I attach accessories to my case?

We designed it to accommodate extra accessories, including Casery Phone Rings and Casery Pockets.

How can I make changes to my order?

If you want to make changes to your order, please e-mail us at orders@thecasery.com immediately. Be sure to include your order number and let us know the details in email.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

We ship everything within 2-3 business days.  Please allow 2-5 business days to receive your order.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders. International orders ship at standard rates.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! At checkout you will be able to choose your country. Select shipping rates apply.

Where is my order confirmation?

You will receive two email confirmations to the email address you provide. The first email is sent when you place your order and the second when your order ships. If you do not receive either of these email confirmations within 24 hours, please contact us at orders@thecasery.com.

Do you offer any type of warranty?

The Casery products carry a 1-year limited warranty with proof of purchase receipt. Our warranty can be viewed here.

Where can I get wholesale info?

I’ve received my confirmation number but have not received my tracking number. 

We ship everything within 2-3 business days. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

I’ve received my tracking number but it contains no information.

Shipping information can take 24-48 hours to be processed by either USPS or UPS. If tracking information is still unavailable after this period of time, please contact us at orders@thecasery.com.

How can I calculate shipping costs for international shipping?

For international orders, the shipping cost can be calculated prior to placing your order. After you add your items in your cart, proceed to checkout as usual. Once you have entered your shipping address you will have the option to calculate your shipping costs before placing your order. 

How do I qualify for the Friends & Family $19 Holiday Promotion?

All purchases made through www.thecasery.com from 10/23/19 to 1/1/2020 will qualify for this promotion. You will receive an e-mail shortly after purchase with instructions on how to participate in this offer.

What items can I purchase with my Friends & Family Holiday Promotion gift card?

The gift card is valid for a single purchase of up to $35. All items on our store qualify with the exception of gift cards.

Does the Friends & Family Holiday Promotion include shipping?

All domestic purchases on Casery include free standard shipping. International orders include an additional shipping fee.

I purchased the gift card and don't know where to find it. What do I do?

The gift card will arrive in your e-mail box. It may have been sent to your spam filter. If you are having this problem, please contact customer service.

Return Policy

What is the return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can exchange or return all purchases made from www.thecasery.com within 30 calendar days of arrival. All returns or refunds require a receipt or order number. Please submit a request by e-mail to customerservice@thecasery.com to start a return. Gift cards cannot be returned.
